You should use a VPN only if your internet service provider (ISP) is blocking or throttling your connection, otherwise you don't need to use a VPN. 

First thing to do is restart your router, device, and try again as this helps in many cases. If the issue still continues, you have to test the internet speed directly from your device. Download a internet speed tester on your device and the result should be 20 Mbps or higher. If your device is not getting the proper speed or your internet service provider (ISP) is throttling your connection, you'll experience buffering. 

What is EPG? EPG is an electronic program guide, an on-screen guide of scheduled broadcast programming television programs. Remember EPG is not available for all countries. You can update the EPG in the settings of the Horizon Media Application. 

Our services use the latest H264 technology offering the best compression and quality. The service steaming size is roughly around 10 Mbps. However, when changing channels it may bounce higher to begin showing the picture. This is why we suggest a 20 Mbps minimum internet connection speed.
